The present Student Apothecary,

Mr Chan Kum Fai, this officer's term of pupilage expires on the 15th October this year.

I recommend that as in the case of Mr M I Kai, he be then placed on the permanent staff of the Hospital with the pay of $35 a month rising by annual increments of $5 a month to $50 a month, that he be termed Apothecaries Assistant and that he sign a bond agreeing to serve for three years.
